Grandad's Bourbon Balls
Grandad'S Bourbon Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, finely chopped, 1 c. chopped walnuts, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa powder and 1/4 c. "old grandad" 100 proof bourbon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend bourbon and corn syrup in cup.
In mixing bowl, mix together vanilla wafer crumbs, walnuts, powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Add bourbon corn syrup mixture to dry ingredients.
With damp hands, form dough into 3/4-inch balls.
Roll in powdered sugar and place on plate.
Cover loosely with wax paper.
Put in cool place for a day, then store in airtight container.
