In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar approximately 10 minutes (medium).

Add eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, lemon juice and Grand Marnier.

Butter 10 x 3-inch cake pan and dust with graham cracker crumbs.

Pour in batter.

Place pan into larger pan and fill space with hot water.

Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours, or until slightly brown on top.

Allow to cool.
