Grand Marnier Cheese Cake
Grand Marnier Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cream cheese, 2 c. granulated sugar, 4 eggs, 1 pt. sour cream and 1 1/2 c. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar approximately 10 minutes (medium).
Add eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, lemon juice and Grand Marnier.
Butter 10 x 3-inch cake pan and dust with graham cracker crumbs.
Pour in batter.
Place pan into larger pan and fill space with hot water.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours, or until slightly brown on top.
Allow to cool.
Best when refrigerated 24 hours.
