Grampy's Fudge
Grampy'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sugar, 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk, 1/4 lb. butter, 12 oz. marshmallow fluff (not marshmallow cream!) and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine first five ingredients in a large saucepan.
Stir over low heat until blended.
Bring to boil over mod heat, being careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling.
Then boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until chocolate is melted.
Pour into 2 buttered 9 x 9 inch pans and cool.
Makes 5 lb.
Store at room temp.
