Gram's 10 Egg Cake
Gram'S 10 Egg Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crisco, 3 c. sugar, 10 eggs, 3 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together Crisco and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Add flour and baking powder.
Add vanilla and nutmeg to taste (at least some of each).
Bake in angel cake pan at 350° for 1 hour, then lower oven temperature to 250° and continue baking for 1 hour more.
Freezes well if tightly wrapped.
