Graham Cracker Yankee
Graham Cracker Yankee is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/2 c. cream, 1/2 c. butter, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 c. crushed graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place whole graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Boil sugar, egg, cream, butter and flour.
Remove from heat. Stir in crushed graham crackers, coconut and vanilla.
Spread over whole graham crackers in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with another layer of whole graham crackers.
Frost with powdered sugar, egg and vanilla mixture.
