Preheat oven to 350°. Line a sheet cake pan (10 x 15-inch) with foil.
Place graham crackers close together in pan.
Boil first 5 ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour over graham crackers, distributing the nuts and coconut evenly on crackers.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until starting to brown slightly.
Pick up foil and remove crackers from pan for cooling.
