Graham Cracker Frozen Cake
Graham Cracker Frozen Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) box graham crackers, 1/2 lb. oleo or butter, 2 c. sugar, 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained) and 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Set aside 12 double crackers; crush remaining.
Add to crumbs, which have sugar added to them.
Add nuts and pineapple; mix well.
Line cracker box with foil.
Layer 3 double crackers across bottom of box.
Place 3/4-inch layer of filling on them.
Alternate in this manner until you have 3 layers of filling and 4 layers of crackers.
When frozen, slice and serve as desired.
Keeps several weeks in the freezer.
