Grace's Tangy Vegetable Salad
Grace'S Tangy Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cauliflower, 1/2 c. stuffed olives, 1 small avocado, cut into pieces, 3 medium tomatoes, cut into small pieces and 1/2 c. crumbled bleu cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut cauliflower into florets and combine with stuffed olives, diced avocado and diced tomatoes.
Line salad boil with lettuce and add ingredients combined with either dressing or the Bleu cheese.
Refrigerate for a short time before serving.
