Grace Griffin's Cream Puffs
Grace Griffin'S Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 block butter, 1 c. flour (plain) and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Add water and butter and bring to a boil. Add plain flour and add pinch of salt.
Beat until forms a ball.
(Have fire on low.) Take off and add the eggs, one at a time.
Beat after each.
Drop by spoonfuls (teaspoon) on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then at 250° for 15 minutes.
Do not open door until this time.
Slit and add filling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
