Gourmet Potatoes
Gourmet Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1/4 c. butter, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender.
Cool, peel and shred coarsely.
Heat butter in saucepan; remove from heat.
Add cheese, stirring in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
