Gourmet Potatoes
Gourmet Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large baking potatoes, boiled in jackets, cooked and grated, 1 medium onion, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt margarine.
Cook onions until soft.
Mix together Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
Add onions, salt, pepper and potatoes. Mixture will be stiff.
Place into large casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes at 400Β° or until top is brown.
This is best made ahead of time and let set, then cool.
Good warmed over and easily halved for smaller families.
