Gourmet Pasta
Gourmet Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. fine egg noodles (8 oz.), 1 lb. ground meat, 2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce or 16 oz. ragu, 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature) and 1 c. sour cream (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook noodles; drain and immediately add cream cheese, sour cream and onions.
Saute garlic in small amount of oil, meat and tomato sauce.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Grease a 3-quart Pyrex pan. Spoon 1/2 of noodle mixture, 1/2 grated cheese, 1/2 tomato meat mixture.
Repeat, ending with cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 350Β°.
