Goulash Casserole
Goulash Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (small), 1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, chopped, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 lb. ground beef and 2 c. shredded cheese (velveeta or cheddar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil macaroni according to directions, adding tomatoes and juice during boiling time.
When done, make sure only small amount of liquid is present (may have to drain some).
Stir in browned ground beef.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour into lightly greased baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
