Goulash
Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 lb. boneless stew beef, 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut meat into 1-inch cubes, then roll in flour.
Brown on low temperature in fat.
Chop onion fine.
Chop garlic.
Cut carrots into 2-inch lengths.
Add all other ingredients together and pour over the browned beef.
Cover and cook at very low heat for 1 1/4 hours.
Add carrots the last 30 minutes of cooking.
