Goulash
Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. hamburger, 1 small onion, diced, 1/2 green pepper, diced, 1 small jar sliced mushrooms and 3 small cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large skillet, brown hamburger.
Drain.
Saute in onions and green pepper.
Add mushrooms.
Saute for 3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce.
Simmer.
Cook egg noodles until tender.
Drain. Add noodles to hamburger mixture.
Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with salad and French bread.
