Mix cake mix, oleo together.
Put cake batter into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Mix together powdered sugar, cheese, vanilla and 2 eggs. Pour over top of cake mixture bake in 350Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
