Mix cake mix, margarine and egg with fork and press into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small deep bowl and beat 5 minutes.

Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
