Mix together margarine, cake mix and 1 egg.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 smaller pans, greased and floured.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs; pour over the top of cake mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top, if desired.
