Melt margarine in pan. Add mix and 2 eggs in pan. Stir together. Spread evenly in pan.
Mix the cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar (minus a dab for top of cake after baking).
Mix together and spread over other mixture. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 325Β°.
