Mix cake mix, 1 stick melted margarine, 1 egg and 1 cup nuts. Pat in a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs.

Bake at 300Β° for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and cut into squares.
