Mix the first 3 ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the remaining ingredients together until creamy, then pour on top of mixture pressed into pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cool, then cut into bars.
