Good Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oatmeal, 1/3 c. wheat germ, 1/4 c. coconut, 1/4 c. sunflower seeds and 1/4 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Add honey, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes (watch so it doesn't scorch).
Cool on paper towels.
