Make the cake according to directions in a big bowl.
Mix in the remaining ingredients and divide into 2 glass dishes (long), 9 x 13-inches.
First the cake mix, then cheese mix.
Makes two dishes.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until golden brown on the bottom.
