Good-Bye Turkey
Good-Bye Turkey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 3/4 c. milk, 4 oz. can jalapeños (we use mild or medium) and some chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all ingredients, except chips and cheese.
Layer chips in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
Add soup mixture and 1 layer of cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
This can be assembled and frozen before cooking.
We take frozen casserole on ski trips at Christmas or save for a snow day.
