Golobki (Cabbage) Casserole
Golobki (Cabbage) Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head cabbage, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 can water (tomato soup can), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place chopped cabbage in bottom of 3-quart casserole.
Brown meat and onions.
Pour off fat.
Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spread meat over cabbage with spoon.
Mix tomato soup with water and pour over mixture.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until cabbage is soft.
Serves 4 to 5.
