Golfer'S Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken quarters, 8 oz. apricot jam, 1 pkg. dry onion soup and 1 small bottle russian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine dry soup, dressing and jam.
Mix well until smooth. Wash chicken and pat dry.
Slightly overlap in flat, buttered baking dish.

Be careful to put well below your heating element if using electric oven.
