Golf Balls
Golf Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, softened, 1 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar, 1 c. peanut butter, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream margarine and confectioners sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.
Add peanut butter; mix well.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler over hot water.
Dip balls into chocolate mixture.
Place on waxed paper.
Let stand until firm.
