Golden Sparklers
Golden Sparklers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 thin half-slices orange, lemon or lime, water, 3 c. orange juice, chilled, 3 c. apricot nectar, chilled and 2 c. ice cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
For citrus ice cubes, place a thin half-slice of orange, lemon or lime in each compartment of an ice cube tray, with one end of the slice extending above the tray about 3/4-inch.
Fill tray with water and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
Pour orange juice and apricot nectar over plain ice cubes in a large (11-cup) glass pitcher or punch bowl.
Add sparkling water, stirring gently.
Place a citrus ice cube in each punch cup.
Pour or ladle juice mixture into cup.
Makes 20 (1/2 cup) servings.
