Golden Salad
Golden Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 3 1/4 c. water, 1 small pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin and 1 tbsp. salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat 1 cup of water and dissolve both packages of gelatin in it.
Blend softened cream cheese with salad dressing until smooth and add the gelatin mixture.
Add remaining cold water.
Let stand until syrupy.
Add pineapple with its juice.
Pour into mold and refrigerate.
