Golden Raisins Buns
Golden Raisins Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter, 1 tsp. sugar, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine water, butter, sugar and salt in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Add flour, all at once.
Then, over low heat, beat with wooden spoon about 1 minute or until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth, thick dough.
Remove from heat.
Continue beating for 2 minutes to cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until mixture has satin sheen.
Stir in raisins.
Drop heaping measuring tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for about 30 or 35 minutes; cool slightly.
