Golden Potato Salad
Golden Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes (about 6 medium), 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 c.), 1/4 c. italian dressing, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat 1-inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
Add potatoes.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Cover and cook until tender, 30 to 35 minutes.
Drain and cool.
Cut potatoes into cubes.
Stir in onion, Italian dressing and salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, toss with mayo and stir in other ingredients.
