Mix well the first 3 ingredients and spread in bottom of Pam sprayed 11 x 14-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese, eggs and sugar well and pour over crust.
Sprinkle nuts over cheese mixture.
Sift remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
