Golden Granola
Golden Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. oats (quick or old-fashioned), uncooked, 1 c. shredded coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1/4 c. honey and 1/4 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine all ingredients except raisins in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan and mix well.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Stir occasionally.
Stir in raisins and cool thoroughly.
Store in a tightly covered container in a cool dry place (or refrigerate).
Yields 6 cups.
