Golden Glow Salad
Golden Glow Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 envelopes orange flavored artificially sweetened gelatin, 2 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 c. carrots, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add vinegar, lemon juice and liquid artificial sweetener.
Chill. When gelatin begins to gel, add vegetables.
Pour into square pan. Place in refrigerator.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares; place on lettuce leaf.
