Grease 2-quart casserole.

Cook grits in boiling water.

When almost done, crumble cheese and butter into grits.

Blend eggs and milk together.

Then mix egg/milk mixture with grits.

Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
