Gold Water Salad
Gold Water Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. apricot jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. cold water, 6 bananas and 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Let Jell-O set in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
When set, add 6 sliced bananas and crushed pineapple, well drained.
Cook pineapple juice, eggs, flour and sugar until thick, then add cream cheese; beat until smooth.
Cool and fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over well set Jell-O.
