Gob Cake
Gob Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box chocolate cake mix, 1 box instant chocolate pudding, 4 eggs, 1/4 c. oil and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix well and pour batter on 2 large cookie sheets lined with foil.
Bake at 325Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Place on clean towel to cool.
Remove foil.
Mix 5 tablespoons flour and 1 cup milk; cook on medium heat until thickened, then cool in refrigerator.
In another bowl, cream 1 cup powdered sugar with 1/2 cup Crisco and 1 stick butter, add cooled flour paste and mix well.
More sugar may be needed to thicken.
Put between layers and chill cake in refrigerator.
