Go To Bed Mints is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 3/4 c. sugar, pinch of salt and green coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Beat well egg whites and cream of tartar.
Gradually add sugar, salt and coloring.
When all is stiff, stir in chocolate chips (or use regular chocolate chips and add mint flavoring).
Drop on cookie sheet.
Turn off oven.
Put cookies in.
Take out in morning.
