Glorified Rice
Glorified Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. minute rice, 2/3 c. water, 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. tiny marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix rice, water, juice and salt just to moisten in pan, then bring to quick boil.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Add marshmallows, fruits and nuts.
Cool to room temperature or in fridge.
Fold in the cream.
