Glennda's Baked Potato Salad
Glennda'S Baked Potato Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 medium potatoes, 2 medium onions, 1 lb. bacon, 1 (8 oz.) box pasteurized processed american cheese and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Boil potatoes with peeling on.
Peel and dice potatoes.
Salt to taste.
Fry bacon crisp; break into pieces.
Dice onions; add bacon and onions to potatoes.
Heat cheese and mayonnaise until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour cheese mixture over potato mixture.
Put in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° until light brown.
