Glenda's Pecan Snackers
Glenda'S Pecan Snackers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. self-rising flour, sifted, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 250Β°. Beat egg white until it stands in soft peaks.
Mix in brown sugar, flour and vanilla.
Fold in pecans.
Remove 1 at a time and place well-coated an inch apart on brown paper on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a slow oven for 30 minutes.
Turn off oven and let stackers stand for 30 minutes in oven.
Take out and let cool.
