Glen's Sour Cream Pound Cake
Glen'S Sour Cream Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted cake flour, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 6 eggs, separated and 2 sticks margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift flour and soda together.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Cream the margarine and sugar and add remaining salt, vanilla and almond. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in egg whites and pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool on rack.
