Glazed Yams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 yams, cooked until tender, 1/4 c. dark corn syrup, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. water and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine the syrup, sugar, water, butter and cinnamon and heat to boiling point.
Pour over yams which have been peeled, halved or sliced and arrange in a baking dish.
