Glazed Raised Doughnuts
Glazed Raised Doughnuts is an moderately easy dinner. Mash potatoes and put in large mixing bowl.
Add butter, sugar and scalded milk.
When lukewarm, add eggs and yeast.
Add salt and flour.
Place in greased bowl and let rise.
Punch down and let rise again.
Roll out to about 1/2-inch thick.
Cut doughnuts and let rise until about double in size.
Fry in deep fat at 375Β°.
