Glazed Pork Chops

Brown the pork chops on both sides in a skillet over medium heat; pour off excess fat.
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
Drain the peaches, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
Mix reserved peach syrup, corn syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger and cloves; pour over chops.
Cover pan; cook over low heat for 45 minutes, or until pork is done.
Add the peach halves; heat through.
Remove chops and peach halves to a serving platter and keep warm.
Mix the flour and water; stir into the liquid in skillet.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly, then spoon over chops.
Makes 6 servings.
