Wash chicken pieces.
In a dish, mix together Russian dressing, onion soup mix and apricot preserves.
Dip each piece of chicken into mixture and place in pan.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken over.
Brush with left over mixture and bake until done.
