Glazed Carrots
Glazed Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. water, 4 tsp. sugar, 2 to 3 lb. mini carrots (3 to 4-inches long or cut into julienne strips) and 1 tsp. accent, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium skillet, melt butter; add water and sugar.
Add carrots, then cover and simmer until carrots are tender, adding water as necessary to prevent sticking.
Remove cover and bring to a boil.
Cook and stir until all liquid has evaporated and carrots are glazed, stirring gently.
Sprinkle with Accent, salt and pepper.
