Glazed Carrots
Glazed Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. baby carrots, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 cup orange juice and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place carrots in a sauce pan with enough water to cover. Cook until tender. In another saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and ginger; stir until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick. Add butter. Drain carrots.
Add orange juice mixture to carrots and coat.
