Glazed Baby Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. young carrots, trimmed, scrubbed and left whole if young, or quartered and peeled if larger, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a saucepan, put the carrots.
Add salt, sugar, butter and enough water just to barely cover the carrots.
Cover; cook just until the carrots are tender.
Remove the lid; boil until the water has completely evaporated, leaving a sticky glaze.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon; mix and serve.
